  New Spring Group Fitness Classes! 

Circuit Class:

During our Circuit Class you will spend from 30 seconds to 2 minutes at each exercise station, and do a combination of aerobic exercises, resistance training, abdominal work and boxing drills.

This interval style of training with minimal rest will help strip away that unwanted fat, and by changing the exercises each week, you will be sure to tone up every muscle in your body. Get pushed to your limits to your favourite music, and let the results speak for themselves!

Boot Camp:

Our Boot Camp contains new workouts every week, which will keep you interested and challenged! You will work as a team, in pairs, and individually to accomplish set tasks within a specified time limit.

These tasks will include a variety of unconventional exercises such as moving bags of potatoes, flipping tyres and lifting water containers, anything that gets the heart pumping and the body moving!

Our Boot Camp is designed specifically to improve upper body strength, aerobic capacity and burn hundreds of calories to get rid of that stubborn fat, giving you a complete body tone! 

Group Fitness 2010 Schedule

Circuit Classes begin 7am every Wednesday. 

Spring Boot Camp starts 6:15am on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 6:45pm Mondays and Wednesdays. The schedule is as follows:

September 14th - October 18th (Spring package 1)

October 19th - November 22nd (Spring package 2)

November 23rd - December 21st (Spring package 3)

We also offer private group fitness classes for groups of three or more, enquire for details.  

 

Venues:

(Boot Camp) Lake Burley Griffin - base of steps at north end of Commonwealth Ave bridge, just off Barrine Drive.

(Circuit Class) Martin Street Curtin - near the Curtin shops.

 

Fitness Levels: Beginner to Advanced 

Duration of Classes: 45 minutes

Prices:

Circuit Class: $20 per session 

Boot Camp: Spring package 1 and 2 $140, Spring package 3 $110. Bring a friend and pay only half price for your first package!

Participation: Download and complete registration form, submit it to info@bodybasics.net.au and let us know which group fitness class you wish to partake in.
