Circuit Class:
During our Circuit Class you will spend from 30 seconds to 2 minutes at each exercise station, and do a combination of aerobic exercises, resistance training, abdominal work and boxing drills.
This interval style of training with minimal rest will help strip away that unwanted fat, and by changing the exercises each week, you will be sure to tone up every muscle in your body. Get pushed to your limits to your favourite music, and let the results speak for themselves!
Boot Camp:
Our Boot Camp contains new workouts every week, which will keep you interested and challenged! You will work as a team, in pairs, and individually to accomplish set tasks within a specified time limit.
These tasks will include a variety of unconventional exercises such as moving bags of potatoes, flipping tyres and lifting water containers, anything that gets the heart pumping and the body moving!
Our Boot Camp is designed specifically to improve upper body strength, aerobic capacity and burn hundreds of calories to get rid of that stubborn fat, giving you a complete body tone!
